Contest Rules and Regulations:  For the chance to win a cash prize of (amount stated shortly), eligible contestants must submit a digital photograph of themselves in a swimsuit of any kind (providing the bathing suit is of a model and cut that is considered allowable on any family-oriented public beach within the state of New Jersey), and must submit 50 words or less about why they should be crowned MS NJBEACH for the year 2003. Only entries submitted through the NJBeach email link on this page will be considered eligible. Submitted photograph must be in .jpeg or .gif format. NJBeach and it's parent company (Data Mountains) has the sole discretion to choose who will be MS NJBEACH FOR 2003, and reserves the right to decline Any contestant entry for any reason whatsoever. Any individual submitting an entry agrees to be bound by all rules and regulations posted on the NJBeach website, and the contestant acknowledges that they have read the posted rules and agrees with all aspects of the MS NJBEACH 2003 CONTESTANT RELEASE .

By submitting a photograph and your accompanying short paragraph of 50-words-or-less explaining why you should be crowned MS NJBEACH of 2003, you agree to the following terms, rules and regulations:

You (the contestant) grant unrestricted permission to Data Mountains Inc, its legal representatives, successors, and all persons or corporations acting with its permission, to publish photographic portraits or pictures of you, and the negatives, transparencies, prints, or digital information pertaining to them, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, or in which you may be included in whole or in part, or composite, or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media in their studio or elsewhere for the MS NJBeach 2003 Contest, or any other lawful purpose such as advertising and marketing for the Ms NJBeach 2003 Contest.

You (the contestant) hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with the image that you supply, or the use to which it may be applied.

You (the contestant) agree to release Data Mountains, its legal representatives, successors, and all persons or corporations acting with its permission, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of these images unless it can be shown that said reproduction was maliciously caused, produced and published for the sole purpose of subjecting me to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and indignity.

You (the contestant) acknowledge that by submitting a photograph and your accompanying short paragraph of 50-words-or-less explaining why you should be crowned MS NJBEACH of 2003, you are doing so willingly and that your entry was submitted by yourself.

You (the contestant) certify that you are not a minor (that you are 18 years old or older).

You (the contestant) certify that you are free and able to enter into such an agreement.
